Brand Designer

We are looking for a Brand Designer to help shape how our world is seen.

You will work closely with the founder on visual storytelling across our seasonal collections, campaign imagery, social content, lookbooks, and brand identity. The role is creative and quiet rather than fast-paced. We make few things, slowly, and we want our visuals to reflect that.

You bring:

• A considered eye and a portfolio that shows it
  
• Confidence in Adobe Creative Suite
  
• Some experience in fashion or considered lifestyle brands
  
• An understanding of editorial visual language

Customer Care Associate

We are looking for a warm, considered person to help us care for our customers as our small Bondi studio grows. This is not a fast-paced retail role. It is about building real 
relationships through email and the occasional phone call.

You will:

• Reply to customer questions with warmth and care
  
• Help with sizing, styling, and order queries
  
• Handle returns and exchanges thoughtfully
  
• Keep our customer notes organised

You bring:

• Excellent written English and a calm, kind tone
  
• Experience in fashion or considered lifestyle retail
  
• Genuine interest in clothing and how it makes people feel
  
• Reliability and attention to detail

• Fully remote, Australia-based
  
• Flexible hours (around 15 to 20 hours per week)
