We do our utmost to describe products correctly and provide up-to-date information. Typographical errors or inaccuracies may nevertheless occur.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are processed after receipt of full payment. The payment methods we accept are listed on our Payment Policy page.
4. Processing and Delivery
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping time: 3-10 business days (depending on location)
- Shipping is dispatched from our international fulfilment partner
5. Returns and Cancellations
Please see our separate Returns Policy for all conditions.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered. Always check the address provided carefully.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@hartleybondi.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Customers in Australia retain all rights and protections afforded by the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of these terms.
