Returns Policy

At Hartley Bondi, we do everything we can to keep our customers happy. Even so, there may be times when you wish to return a product. In this document we set out our returns policy clearly.


Conditions for Returning Items

  • You may only lodge a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Trying on is permitted, but wearing is not allowed.
  • Returning products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of them is not permitted.

Returns Process

  1. Lodge your return via info@hartleybondi.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. We will provide you with the return address of our fulfilment partner.
  3. You ship the item back entirely at your own expense.
  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track 
    and trace.

Refunds

Once the item is received at the return address and the condition of the product is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
